“Don’t sing songs to a heavy heart.” Drawing from this line in Proverbs, Fr. Marc shares about a very difficult but critical topic: learning how to mourn with those who are suffering. He reminds us that Jesus shared in our suffering, and we in turn are to share in the suffering of those who are part of His Body, the Church.
As he begins a new series on relationships, Fr. Marc challenges us to celebrate the success and accomplishments of others instead of giving in to jealousy and selfishness. He reminds us that we will be much more joyful when we are able to rejoice with others rather than always focusing on ourselves.
