Jesus has called us to go into all the world and make disciples of all nations. Sometimes that means going overseas in missions work, and sometimes that means going down the street to help those in need in our own community. We at Good Shepherd invite you to join us as we work together to bring the message of God’s love to our community and to the world.

Global Outreach
Mercy Mission
Under the leadership of Dr. Charly and Liz Tom, Mercy Mission serves the poor in Southern India through a Children’s Home, school, medical center, Bible college and more. We’ve been privileged to have visits from Dr. Charly, and some of our members have also been to India to see firsthand what Mercy Mission is accomplishing. What a blessing to be a part of God’s transforming work in the hearts and lives of those who so desperately need Him!
Wycliffe Bible Translators
From its earliest days, Good Shepherd has been blessed to have members who are a part of Wycliffe Bible Translators. Wycliffe is “is dedicated to translating and delivering Scripture to people around the world in a language and form they understand best.” There are around 1,900 language groups that are still waiting for a Bible translation project to start in their own language. Our members have served in areas as diverse as South America, Africa, Southeast Asia and Papua New Guinea. You can learn more about Wycliffe on their website or learn about them firsthand from the Wycliffe members in our congregation.
